Case: A BOT to build on
Our customer knew that their end users expected more from their contact with IT support, and they believed that a Chatbot could be a solution. CMI was engaged, and worked closely with the customer to set a clear strategy for the automation area in general and a Chatbot in particular. The current support question distribution was analysed and the Chatbot capabilties aligned to maximise benefits. Technological fit was evaluated and a solution was deployed on the Microsoft Bot Framework. After an initial evaluation, the customer decided to begin implementation of the ChatBot throughout their global operations.
